You are also provided with up to one year's free and automatic extended warranty on the manufacturer's expressed Australian warranty on most personal goods purchased entirely on your BankSA Private Bank Visa Platinum Card. This cover even includes goods purchased overseas if the product is warranted in Australia.

To make a claim (or for further information), contact Zurich Insurance on 132 687. Remember to keep detailed particulars and proof of any loss, including the Australian warranty, the sales receipt and your Private Bank Platinum account statement showing the purchase of the goods.
