This valuable cover gives you the security of knowing that wherever in the world you are, most items you purchase with your BankSA Private Bank Visa Platinum Card are immediately protected for three months against theft, loss or damage .
To make a claim, first call the police and inform them that the goods are lost,
stolen or vandalised.
Then, call Zurich Insurance on 132 687 (within 30 days)
giving them the police report number. If overseas contact Zurich Worldwide Assistance
on +61 2 9995 2021 This is a reverse charge call.
Remember, it is important to keep proof of any purchase you make with your Private Bank Visa Platinum Card including the sales receipt and your account statement showing the purchase of the goods.
